We assign a dedicated Credit Controller to you, developing rapport with your customers over time. Our staff are highly experienced, having worked in areas of business ranging from construction to manufacturing. You are kept well informed of progress on a regular basis. We agree on a chasing program with you, scheduling statements, reminders and telephone contact. We can also advise you on setting suitable credit limits for customers and of any changes in their financial health. You only pay for monies recovered on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis.
