Consulting
Our management consulting definition is simply the practice of helping businesses improve performance. So, what do we do?
Strategic Planning: Strategic Planning is the discipline committed to developing a roadmap to guide an organization’s strategic initiatives. It often focuses on business needs and the ability of IT solutions to meet those needs. And results in processes that directly improve operational efficiencies, market responsiveness, and customer value.

Succession Planning: In organizational development, succession planning is an ongoing and future-focused process used to map out a specific strategy to achieve the organization’s mission, initiatives and goals through its workforce. The progression involves assessing future personnel needs, identifying required competencies, and assessing, developing and retaining a team of talented employees to ensure continuity of leadership in critical positions.
Organizational Development: Organizational Development is the process of taking steps to develop internal resources (employees, staff) and internal methodologies (strategies, business processes) to support an organization’s mission and goals.
Facilitation: Facilitation refers to the process of designing and running a successful meeting. It serves the needs of any group that is meeting with a common purpose, such as making a decision, solving a problem, or simply exchanging ideas and information.
Organizational Change Management: In order to compete, organizations must embrace changes. Change Management focuses on the “people side” of change. Ineffectively managing this process often leads to poor adoption, inefficiency and, ultimately, project failure.

Our company is working with Fin-eX for more than a year now. We started out with adhoc work where we engaged with them depending on the work in hand. This slowly progressed to a dedicated resource and now we have a whole team working as sort of a back office. Bookkeeping and admin tasks are now processed on real time basis despite the time difference. We have had very productive meetings with their senior staff and found them to be very helpful.
Outsourcing our work to Fin-eX has been a good business decision for my small CPA firm. I do not need to worry about processing small tasks and can focus on giving qualify advise to the clients. I have started engaging with more potential customers due to the time saved.
Very well managed. My initial effort was spent in training and communicating with their staff. Took a few weeks for them to understand our process. Now we are very happy with how the work is progressing.

When we took the free trial – we were a bit sceptical about the whole outsourcing process. There were some initial hic-ups as I am very particular about providing high-quality services to my clients. Their senior managers were in constant communication with me almost 24/7. I was able to streamline the whole process and now am very pleased with their service.
