Fin-eX offers a personalized business to business outsourced credit control service. Our professional staff are always polite and will treat your customers in the same way you would treat them yourself. After all, good credit control is based on building relationships. We assign a dedicated Credit Controller to you, developing rapport with your customers over time. Our staff are highly experienced, having worked in areas of business ranging from construction to manufacturing. You are kept well informed of progress on a regular basis. We agree on a chasing programme with you, scheduling statements, reminders and telephone contact. We can also advise you on setting suitable credit limits for customers and of any changes in their financial health. You only pay for monies recovered on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis.
We can also help if you have just a few invoices you’d like collected or a one-off project to bring in an accumulation of old invoices.
