What you’ll bring

  1. ACCA qualified or any other equivalent professional qualification.
  2. Prior 2-year experience of client & people management is a must.
  3. Prior experience of handling US & Canada Accounting and bookkeeping.
  4. Familiarity with US & Canada federal, state and local reporting & tax requirement.
  5. Well conversant with Quick books, XERO, Ultra Tax
  6. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  7. Prior experience of client onboarding & query management.
  8. Prior experience of staff on boarding and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead in resolving technical queries related to Accounting, bookkeeping and Taxation for US & Canada CPA firms / clients.
  2. Examine financial accounts and records and prepare income tax returns from accounting records.
  3. Review complex income & corporate tax computations in line with federal and state laws and regulations.
  4. Review and analyze journal and ledger entries, bank statements, reconciliations, inventories and other financial records of clients.
  5. Keep abreast with client`s monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
  6. Supervise and train articling & trainee students, other accountants or administrative technicians.

Full time (6 pm – 3 am)
